it's feeling like we're bleeding out
on borrowed time
with backs turned on every sideline
the frequency's dulled to a hiss
but i still miss
the thrashing of thunder with you
so rip through the steel
that thing that you feel is alive well and real
and i still see inferno and passion exploding within you
it's not poetry
it's pieces of me so let's splinter the wood against metal
and scream til the restlessness settles
we were the heartbreakers
i remember she said
don't be ashamed of what you give
i'm burning out in your direction
i remember she said
don't be ashamed of what you give
i'm thrashing like thunder with you
Truly amazing record. Whiskey-soaked vocals, tight melodies and fantastic lyrics roll together in a wash of punk energy. More akin to an amped up JAWBREAKER or a revved up BEACH SLANG than pop-punk, there isn't a weak track on it. Excellent. Pick of the week for sure... Michael F.

On their self-titled debut, Pkew Pkew Pkew deliver roaring, in-the-red, gang-shouted rock songs about pizza, beer, and...pizza and beer. Bandcamp Album of the Day Jul 29, 2016
This EP is a straight burner from start to finish. Did I just find my new favorite band? Seriously, great, funny, catchy songwriting. Great vocals by all members. Great production and musicianship. A true 5 Star record.
